1. Worldwide Shipping & Customs

• Customs & Duties: We utilize specialized logistics lines (Triangular Shipping Method) for international deliveries to minimize or eliminate customs risks. We handle the complexities of international clearance so you can enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
• Discreet Packaging: To ensure safety and privacy, packages are shipped discreetly while maintaining the highest internal protection standards.

2. Processing Time & Quality Control (QC)

Unlike mass-produced items, high-end leather goods require meticulous inspection before dispatch. We do not simply take a box from a shelf and ship it.

• The Inspection Process: Once your order is confirmed, it undergoes a rigorous 3-to-7 business day Quality Control process. Our experts inspect the leather grain for uniformity, test the durability of the stitching, check the functionality of zippers/locks, and ensure the hardware plating is flawless.
• QC Photos: For select high-value orders, we can provide pre-shipment photos (QC Photos) upon request, allowing you to approve the details before the item leaves our facility.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once the Quality Control process is complete and the package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 12 – 18 business days.
• United Kingdom & Europe: 10 – 15 business days.

Note: During peak holiday seasons or unforeseen global logistics events, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

4. Premium Packaging Standards

We understand that the “unboxing” experience is part of the luxury.

• Full Set: Every handbag and accessory comes with a complete set of packaging, including the brand’s signature magnetic box, dust bag, authenticity cards, care booklets, and ribbons—identical to what you would receive at a boutique.
• Shape Protection: We use specialized air cushions and stuffing inside the bags to ensure they maintain their perfect structure during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking status to update in the system as the package moves from our international warehouse to the local courier network.
