2. Comprehensive Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product. All bags and accessories purchased from Leather Refined are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, applicable to manufacturing defects only.:
- Coverage: Applies to technical defects, leather structure issues, stitching defects, or hardware problems resulting from the manufacturing process.
- Exclusions: Does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, drops, impacts, or any external damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
We will inspect and provide appropriate repair or support for cases that qualify under our warranty terms.
3. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
To ensure transparency, our warranty does not cover damages resulting from standard “wear and tear” or misuse:
- Aesthetic Wear: Scratches on the leather or hardware caused by daily use, scuffing at the corners of the bag, or softening of the structure over time (which is natural for leather).
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by dye transfer (e.g., from denim jeans onto a light-colored bag), exposure to water/rain (without proper drying), spills, or burns.
- Chemical Damage: Damage caused by direct contact with perfumes, hand sanitizers, or harsh cleaning chemicals.
