At Leather Refined, we don’t simply sell products – we deliver designs crafted with a strong focus on material quality. Each piece is primarily made from premium split cowhide leather, carefully processed to ensure durability, structural integrity, and long-lasting aesthetic appeal.
- Authenticity of Material: We are committed to transparency in materials. Each product is primarily crafted from genuine split cowhide leather, ensuring honesty in sourcing and consistency in quality.
- Hardware Integrity: Our hardware components are carefully selected to ensure both durability and refined aesthetics. Depending on the design, metal details are finished in brass plating or premium alloy with PVD coating, enhancing resistance to oxidation, minimizing scratches, and maintaining long-lasting color stability.
2. Comprehensive Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product. All bags and accessories purchased from Leather Refined are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, applicable to manufacturing defects only.:
- Coverage: Applies to technical defects, leather structure issues, stitching defects, or hardware problems resulting from the manufacturing process.
- Exclusions: Does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, drops, impacts, or any external damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
3. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
To ensure transparency, our warranty does not cover damages resulting from standard “wear and tear” or misuse:
- Aesthetic Wear: Scratches on the leather or hardware caused by daily use, scuffing at the corners of the bag, or softening of the structure over time (which is natural for leather).
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by dye transfer (e.g., from denim jeans onto a light-colored bag), exposure to water/rain (without proper drying), spills, or burns.
- Chemical Damage: Damage caused by direct contact with perfumes, hand sanitizers, or harsh cleaning chemicals.
4. Care & Concierge Service
Luxury leather requires care. Upon purchase, our Concierge team provides digital care instructions specific to your leather type. If you have any issues or simply want advice on how to condition your bag, our Concierge Support is available 24/7 via email or chat. We don’t just sell you a product; we help you maintain its beauty for years to come.
