1. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Leather Refined, we want you to love your purchase. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect or the item received does not match the model you ordered, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Timeline: You must initiate the return request within 30 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), a restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover initial shipping and handling costs.
2. Strict Return Conditions (Read Carefully)
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. As these are premium leather goods, we are extremely strict regarding the following:
- Protective Seals: All plastic protective films on the hardware (locks, buckles, feet, zippers) and handles MUST REMAIN INTACT. We cannot accept a return if these seals have been removed, lifted, or tampered with.
- Condition: The bag/accessory must be unworn, unused, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke, body odor).
- Accessories: All original packaging, including the dust bag, authenticity cards, care booklets, and the box, must be included.
3. 30-Day Manufacturing Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Instead of lengthy, complicated warranties, we offer a straightforward 30-Day Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- What is Covered: Within the first 30 days, we cover significant defects such as broken zippers, loose hardware, stitching unraveling, or structural leather issues present upon arrival.
- Resolution: If a defect is confirmed within this timeframe, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, accidents, water damage, or chemical exposure after the product has been used.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@leatherrefined.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the item (specifically the hardware seals and any defects).
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to reflect the credit.
